The use of Evil Brit accents for the Empire seems strange when Republic stalwarts like Bastila, Admiral Forn Dodonna, Atris, and many more in KOTOR use a British accent, taking place 300 years prior before this Empire was revealed.Presumably he moves his neck like everyone else to look up.
